However, treatment begins only after initial fertility testing, which includes assessing your ovarian reserve or egg quality, uterine cavity evaluation, and semen analysis, which may involve 1 week of prior assessment. In the case of Frozen embryos (FET), transfers usually happen approximately 3-4 weeks after retrieval, depending on when your post-retrieval menses starts.
